LEARN ABOUT WORRIES WITH TEACHER SALLY

In Well-being class, an important part of the Cambridge curriculum we follow at Balance, our Year 2 students joined Teacher Sally for a thoughtful activity centered around the “Worry Jar.”

Each student received a list of different situations and selected the ones that made them feel worried, placing those in the jar. This exercise encouraged students to identify and acknowledge their concerns in a safe, supportive environment.

The “Worry Jar” activity promotes emotional awareness, reminding our students that everyone has worries—and that they are never alone.
